Ingress of water is never easy to cure, but with our experience we have eliminated a large majority of leaks using chemicals & preventative methods on roofs, chimneys, walls & windows.

Rendering

Interior and exterior rendering using conventional cement mixes to cover block work, bricks with smooth, textured or dashed finishes.

Skimming

Interior walls after rendering or plasterboard stud walls and ceilings using thistle, bonding or one coat plasters.

Repointing

Interior walls, fireplaces or granite, brick and other stone structures, with the use of SBR co-polymers and waterproofers.

Chimneys

Rebuilds or new builds using engineering bricks, lead trays, lead flashings, flue liners & specialist cowls that conform to gas & coal regulations.

Roofs

All types of roofing from scantle slate conventional slate to tilling. For flat roofs, Fiberglas resigns offer pigmented finishes that are UV stable and can be walked on & used on balconies.

Facias and Guttering

UPVC facias, soffits ,guttering & windows eliminate decoration once & for all, they can also come in decorative finishes i.e. wood grain coloured & of architectural design. We supply and fit all at factory prices.

Screeding

Conventional mixes of sand and cement for domestic use with flexible additives that give insulating properties and durability.

Industrial Floors

These are designed to take heavy traffic & seamless floors which are used in food processing areas to local authority standards. They are also used in heavy manufacturing areas that require hard wearing & chemical spillage protection.
